Masquerade Ball

The Lake Travis Music Theatre hosts a night of elegance, entertainment, live music & dancing, wining & dining and the opportunity to further support the theatre through a wine & whiskey pull and a live dessert auction.

Each table at this catered dinner is elaborately decorated in a different musical theme. Guests can dress in formal attire with masks or they can opt for appearing in costume from a musical. Some guests decide to match the theme of their table.

As a table host, you are responsible for setting your table on the evening of Friday, Oct 28 and take down your table on the morning of Sunday, Oct 30.

 

There is no cost for hosting a table and you are not required to fill the seats at your table. Pre-sale ticket access will be available for table hosts and guests before tickets are open to the general public. 

 

Requirements for tables are as follows:

  • 8ft table for 8 persons. A white table cloth is provided on each table to cover or use or replace.

  • Chair covers - LTMT can provide these for you.

  • Glasses for water or wine or both.

  • Glass/china plates

  • Formal metal silverware

  • Cloth/linen napkins

  • A water carafe (optional)

  • Your wonderful decor to go with the musical theme you select
