Evaluation Requirements:

• Complete and Submit the Rising Stars Registration HERE (if you have not already done so)

• Pay the $50 Registration Fee (credited towards $450 season fee)*

• Sign up for a 10-minute Evaluation Time Slot (below)

*If you are requesting a scholarship and cannot pay the registration fee, please email moreinfo.LTMT@gmail.com to request scholarship details.  Scholarships are available through a partnership with The Hope Center.
